Field operations,
managed end to end.
Schedule field visits, dispatch inspection checklists, and track every task in real time. Tracion layers AI on top — detecting underperforming locations, suggesting smarter visit frequencies, and turning raw inspection data into compliance-ready reports.

Platform Features
12 capabilities.
One field ops platform.
From the interactive geo-map to patrol route sequencing, Tracion covers every layer of field workforce management — scheduling, execution, verification, and reporting.
Real-Time Monitoring & Geo-Map
Track live compliance statuses on an interactive map with color-coded pulsing pins. KPI cards show daily tallies for scheduled, completed, pending, and overdue tasks. Recharts visualizations cover 14-day completion trends across every company, regional, and branch.
Automated Schedule Management
Bulk-generate thousands of synchronized monthly task instances across an entire company in one action. Built-in frequency logic handles daily, bi-weekly, and weekly constraints per staff group, with exception handling for weekends and ad-hoc rescheduling.
Inspection Checklists & Verified Snapshots
Define reusable checklist templates by industry type — ATM servicing, security patrols, cleaning audits. Enforce mandatory photo uploads and pass/fail condition flags at the individual item level. All responses and timestamps are stored permanently per task execution.
Activity & Task Execution Tracking
Real-time lifecycle tracking from Pending → In Progress → Completed. Captures precise start time, end time, duration, and assigned technician per task. Status updates sync instantly from the field agent's mobile app to the admin dashboard.
Intelligent Location Registry
Maintain thousands of sites with native geo-coordinates, ATM-specific metadata (ATM ID, terminal type, visit frequency), and organizational assignment. Every location has a permanent record that drives scheduling, reporting, and map navigation.
Ring & Patrol Route Management
Define named patrol circuits with sequenced checkpoints for security and facilities teams. Schedule morning, afternoon, and night shift coverage. Guards log point-to-point condition reports and incident photos that supervisors review in real time.
Staff & Grouping Architecture
Cluster staff into operational groups tied to specific location territories. Assign a supervisor to every active schedule for direct escalation accountability. A new member added to a group is immediately reflected across all active schedules.
Multi-Level Org Hierarchy
Four-level nesting: Company → Regional → Branch → Location. All scheduling, reporting, and access control scope automatically to the correct organizational tier, enabling cross-company benchmarking at the top while maintaining strict data isolation below.
Geographic Master Data
Built-in administrative geo-hierarchy down to Country → Province → City → District → Village. Filter any report by standardized geographic boundary. Deep APAC localization with Indonesian administrative data built in out of the box.
Reporting & Data Export
Drill into aggregate metrics per location to identify recurring equipment or compliance failures over time. Export filtered activity detail reports for client delivery, internal stakeholder reviews, or regulatory submissions.
Authentication & Access Security
JWT-based auth with role-scoped permissions for Admins, Supervisors, Field Operators, and Partners. Automatic data scoping prevents cross-company data exposure — a user can only ever see data that belongs to their assigned organizational tier.
Mobile Field Execution
Field operators receive their daily task list on mobile — with checklist, location map pin, and expected time window. Check in, work through items step by step, upload photos per item, and submit. The admin panel updates the moment the task closes.
Ask your operations
a question. Get an answer.
Tracion Copilot is a built-in AI chat assistant wired directly to your operational data. It answers plain-language questions, generates inline chart widgets inside the chat, and surfaces underperforming locations before supervisors have to go looking.

Conversational Interface
Ask questions against your operational data in plain language — the same way you would in a chat. No filters to configure, no export to run. Ask, get an answer.

Embedded UI Responses
Copilot doesn't just return text. It generates live chart widgets, ranked entity tables, and completion breakdowns directly inside the chat bubble — built from your actual data at query time.

Context-Aware Insights
Copilot analyses patterns across your full operational history — surfacing underperforming branches, flagging sites where completion rates are declining, and suggesting visit frequency changes before problems compound.
Reporting
Reporting that goes straight to the decision-maker.
Drill into any location to see a full history of visits, completion rates, and inspection results across quarters. Filter by company, region, branch, or date range and export the output for client delivery or compliance submissions.
- Entity drill-downs — aggregate metrics per location over time
- Filter by Company → Regional → Branch and date range
- Export filtered reports for stakeholder and regulatory use
- Spot recurring equipment or compliance failures across cycles

How It Works
From setup to
first completed task.
A one-time configuration gets you running. After that, generating a month of field schedules takes minutes.
Register your locations
Add each site with its address, geo-coordinates, and organizational assignment (Company → Regional → Branch). ATM-specific metadata — ATM ID, machine type, and visit frequency — are supported as native fields.
Build the org hierarchy
Set up the four-level structure: Company → Regional → Branch → Location. All scheduling, reporting, and access control scope to the correct level automatically.
Configure inspection templates
Define the checklist each staff member must complete at a given location type. Mark individual items as photo-required, condition-flagged, or notes-only based on what each job actually demands.
Create groupings
Assign a cluster of staff to a set of locations and attach a Supervisor for accountability. The Grouping is what scheduling uses to match the right people to the right places.
Generate the monthly schedule
Select the company, grouping, month, and visit frequency. Tracion creates every task instance in one action and publishes them to field staff immediately — no further setup required.
Operate and review
Field staff check in on the mobile app, work through their checklists, and upload photos. Supervisors watch live status in the monitoring dashboard and pull reports when needed.
Industries
Where Tracion
is deployed.
Any operation where staff visit physical sites on a schedule — and someone needs to know the work was actually done.
ATM & Machine Servicing
Banks and FinTech operators with hundreds of ATMs across provinces use Tracion to generate weekly or biweekly service schedules per regional group. Technicians fill standardized checklists covering cash cassette levels, connectivity, and printer paper — with photos submitted as evidence. Regional managers see live completion rates from the monitoring dashboard.
Security Patrol
Security firms define patrol routes using Tracion's Ring module — a named sequence of checkpoints (lobby, parking, server room, stairwell). Guards are scheduled for morning, afternoon, and night shifts. At each checkpoint they log a condition report and photograph any incidents. Supervisors verify patrol completion in real time without waiting for end-of-shift reports.
Cleaning Services
Facility management companies running 200+ client locations (offices, malls, hospitals) assign cleaning teams by area cluster. Templates define exactly what each cleaner must check and photograph per location type. Clients receive partner-level access to view their own location's report without seeing other clients' data.
Field Sales Visits
FMCG companies deploying sales reps across retail outlets use Tracion to schedule weekly store visits, attach sales audit templates (product facing, promotional material, competitor pricing), and track visit duration per outlet. Area managers review coverage by region and flag underperforming territories from the statistics dashboard.
Infrastructure Inspection
Telecom and utilities operators schedule quarterly inspections of tower sites and substations. Templates cover 50-point checklists — structural, electrical, and environmental items — with mandatory photos for any failed condition. Compliance reports are generated per site, region, and engineer across multiple inspection cycles.
Any distributed team
Tracion is built around the pattern of staff visiting physical locations on a schedule. If your operation fits that shape — banking, retail, utilities, government, facilities — it fits Tracion.
Access Roles
The right access
for every role.
Tracion scopes every user to exactly what their role requires — no more, no less.
System Admin
Full access to all companies, users, and master data. Creates the top-level organization structure and manages system-wide configuration.
Company Admin
Manages staff, locations, templates, groupings, and schedules within their company scope. Cannot see or modify data belonging to other companies.
Supervisor
Reviews activity reports, approves task results, and monitors real-time status for their regional or branch scope. Holds accountability for every activity they are assigned to.
Field Operator
Sees assigned tasks on the mobile app with checklist, location pin, and expected time window. Checks in, completes the checklist, uploads photos, and submits the task from the field.
Partner / Client Access
External clients and partners can be granted read-only access scoped to their locations only. They see their own inspection reports and task history without any visibility into other companies' data.
Why Teams Switch
The problems Tracion
is built to fix.
No proof the visit happened
Photo uploads are attached to specific checklist items, not just appended to a general field. Supervisors see which location, which item, which time — not a folder of unnamed images.
Scheduling takes hours every month
Once locations, groupings, and frequencies are configured, generating a month of schedules for an entire company group takes a single action. Adjustments for holidays or staffing changes are made per task, not by redoing the whole plan.
Reports come in too late to act on
Task status updates as staff work in the field — not when they file a report at the end of the day. The monitoring dashboard reflects current reality, not a lagging summary.
Data scattered across spreadsheets
Locations, staff, schedules, inspection results, and attendance records all live in one system with a consistent data model. Reporting queries a single source, not stitched-together exports.
