Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the website skyleticalabs.com. Skyletica Labs Inc ("Skyletica Labs", "we", "us"), 8 The Green 23013, Dover, DE 19901, United States, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website (the "controller"). When we handle enquiries through our representative office in Indonesia, PT Skyletica Labs Indonesia also processes that data on our behalf.

Our own software products (Enableo, FinGuard, Nerati and SkyHold) have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply when you use those products.

2. What we collect

When you contact us

• Through the contact form: your first and last name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
• The IP address the form was sent from and the time it was sent, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• If you email us directly: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you apply to work with us

• What you send us: your CV or LinkedIn profile, links to your work, where you are based, and anything else you include.
• Notes from our conversations with you, used only to decide on your application.

When you browse the site

• Always: technical data that any web request carries (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, time), which our hosting provider Vercel processes to deliver and secure the site. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
• Only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, the site you came from, and cookie identifiers. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
• Only with your consent: if you use the chat assistant (Enableo), the messages you type, a chat session ID and technical data needed to run the conversation.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, financial account details or government ID numbers through the contact form or chat.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not send you marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We use these service providers, who process data for us under contract and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights, and to a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy.

Skyletica Labs is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Our membership does not involve sharing personal information about our website visitors or clients with NVIDIA. Links to NVIDIA's website, such as from the NVIDIA Inception badge, take you to a site operated by NVIDIA Corporation, which is governed by NVIDIA's own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and Indonesia, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law of your country requires it (for example GDPR, the UK GDPR or Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection), we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses and data processing terms our providers offer.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact form messages and emails: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after we decide on your application, so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee records.
• Spam-prevention data: the IP address used for rate limiting is held in memory for about one minute. The IP address included in the contact email is kept with that email.
• Google Analytics data: kept for no longer than 14 months, then deleted by Google.
• Chat assistant conversations: kept in Enableo for as long as needed to provide and improve the service, and deleted on request.
• Your cookie choice and theme: stored in your own browser until you clear them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights over your personal data:

• Access it and get a copy.
• Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete it, or have us restrict how we use it.
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Receive it in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it (for cookies, use "Cookie settings" in the footer).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
• Complain to a data protection authority, for example your local supervisory authority in the EU or UK, or the authority responsible under Indonesia's UU PDP.

To make a request, email contact@skyleticalabs.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We respond within the time the law that applies to you requires, which under GDPR is one month and under Indonesia's UU PDP can be as short as 3 × 24 hours for some requests. California residents can also use an authorised agent.

8. How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Contact form messages are sent to our mailbox over an encrypted connection, the form rejects requests from other websites, and it is rate-limited against abuse. Access to our mailbox and systems is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

9. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will make it clear on the site.
