Why we started

Our founders spent more than 15 years building technology at Indonesian and international companies, in e-commerce, finance, payments, enterprise software, SaaS, supply chain and telecommunications.

Across all of it, they kept seeing the same problems: teams buying software that did not fit, and consultants recommending systems they had never had to run themselves. So in 2024 they started Skyletica Labs to do it differently: build products, run them in production every day, and bring that same experience to every client.

Today four of those products are live, client teams across several sectors rely on our work, and we are a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. We are still small, which means your work is visible, your ideas get tried, and what you build reaches real people quickly.

How we work

The way we work together, wherever each of us is sitting.

Work remote, hybrid, or both

Do your best work where it suits you. Remote, hybrid with our Jakarta team, or a mix of the two: we agree on what fits you and the work, and adjust as things change.

We appreciate the little things

A clear commit message, a well-named function, a bug caught before release, a colleague unblocked. Small things make the work better, so we notice them and say thank you.

Products and projects

Work on our own products, on client projects, or on both. Moving between them is how lessons from production reach our clients, and how client problems become new product ideas.

Own it end to end

We run what we build. You see your work go live, hear how people use it, and help keep it healthy, instead of handing it over and moving on.

Write it down

Remote work works when decisions live in writing. We prefer a short doc and a clear handover over another meeting, so anyone can pick up the thread.

Keep learning

Learning is part of the job: NVIDIA developer resources and training through our NVIDIA Inception program membership, and the same training tracks we run for our clients.
